Peanut Butter - Chocolate Granola

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • cup hulled hemp seeds
  • cup coconut (flakes, cubes or shredded)
  • 100 g dark vegan chocolate (you can use chocolate chips, to avoid choping)
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup dates pure (you can use another sweetener)
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 170C.
  • In a large bowl add: rolled oats, coconut, cinnamon, salt, chia and hemp seeds. Take another bowl and with a wooden spoon mix all wet ingredients: peanut butter, dates pure and vanilla, till it's evenly combined.
  • Spread all the mixture to the large baking pan evenly and bake it, till it's golden brown (about 20 minutes).
  • While granola is baking, chop the chocolate to your desired shape.
  • Remove granola from the oven and let it cool completely. After that break it and put the chocolate.
  • Enjoy it with dairy-free milk or yogurt!
