100gdark vegan chocolate(you can use chocolate chips, to avoid choping)
1cuppeanut butter
1cupdates pure (you can use another sweetener)
1tbspcinnamon
1tspsalt
1tspvanilla
Instructions
Preheat oven to 170C.
In a large bowl add: rolled oats, coconut, cinnamon, salt, chia and hemp seeds. Take another bowl and with a wooden spoon mix all wet ingredients: peanut butter, dates pure and vanilla, till it's evenly combined.
Spread all the mixture to the large baking pan evenly and bake it, till it's golden brown (about 20 minutes).
While granola is baking, chop the chocolate to your desired shape.
Remove granola from the oven and let it cool completely. After that break it and put the chocolate.
